Sweetmellon published the first issue of Homes Magazine in December 2009 and we have had the pleasure of helping our magazine develop ever since. Dubbed "the key to your home", Homes primarily offers it's readers properties for sale by Registered Real Estate Companies around Zimbabwe.
A list of Zimbabwe's Registered Estate Agents is available within the magazine as this helps to ensure that potential buyers and sellers investments are safe.
To help add interest we extended the contents of the magazine to include sections on Home Decor, Gardening and Gizmos. These interesting sections attract readers who are interested in all aspects of their home. From the initial investment of purchasing a home, decorating and furnishing it, maintaining the garden and ensuring that all the electronics are modern and of a high standard.
You will find advice within each issue of Homes Magazine. Often topics covered are for purchasing or selling properties, decorating homes, useful seasonal tips on what to do in the garden and must have electronics. There is also informative lifestyle information provided on topics such as health, cooking and fashon within each issue.
To us Homes is a desired magazine on any coffee table and we hope you feel the same way too!
how to get your copy of homes
Currently over 4 000 copies of our magazine are distributed free of charge on a monthly basis. To ensure our readers have the greatest buying potential for our advertisers, Homes is distributed to select supermarkets, upmarket coffee shops, shops, embassies, private school offices, selected sports clubs, selected doctors surgeries and registered estate agents.
Distribution of the Magazine usually happens between the 7th and the 10th of each month. So please keep your eye out for it then. Alternativly, subscribe to our newsletter and we will let you know when each and every issue is out.
